Zoals jullie inmiddels waarschijnlijk al weten zijn mijn vriend en ik druk bezig te verhuizen en het ouderlijk nest te verlaten. Op zich zijn we qua klussen helemaal klaar om erin te gaan (mijn vader heeft gisteren de inloopkast gemaakt, jippie!), alleen wachten we nog op de bank die als het goed is vrijdag komt. We wachten op nog veel meer dingen, namelijk alles wat hierboven afgebeeld staat minus de staande lamp en het zwart witte kussen, maar dat zijn geen cruciale dingen. Helaas moeten we tot medio mei wachten op onze eetkamerstoelen van Zuiver (ze worden nu gefabriceerd), maar dan heb je ook wat. We hebben ervoor gekozen om niet vier dezelfde stoelen te halen, maar twee verschillende soorten, dus twee van elk. Deze komen te staan aan onze prachtige eikenhoutentafel met metalen frame die we bij een houthandelaar in Heerenveen (Pine Centre) op de kop hebben getikt. Ik heb ‘m al laten zien in mijn vlog, dus mocht je benieuwd zijn bekijk dan zeker even het filmpje hier. Dat filmpje kan je ook bekijken om de staande lamp ‘Alfred’ van made.com ‘in het echt’ te bekijken. Op de rest wachten we dus nog, maar ik denk dat het zeker het wachten waard is!

Like you probably already know by now my boyfriend and I are busy moving and leaving our parents home. We’re almost ready to move in (my dad finished our walk-in-closet yesterday, yay!), but we’re still waiting for our couch which should arrive Friday. We’re expecting a lot more to come though, everything shown above except for the standing lamp and the black and white cushion, but those things are not crucial. Unfortunately we’ll have to wait until mid May for our dining chairs from Zuiver, but I’m sure they’re worth the wait. We choose not to get four of the same chairs, but two different models, so two of each. These will be surrounding our beautiful oak wood table which we got at a local wood industry. I already showed it in my vlog, so in case you’re curious you should definitely check the video here. You can also watch the video to see our standing lamp ‘Alfred’ from made.com in ‘real life’. So we’re still waiting for the rest, but I think it’s worth the wait!
