Like you’ve already seen in my vlog I finally found myself a jersey suit with flare pants which has been on my wishlist for quite some time now. The suits I ran into earlier were too loose, which didn’t look flattering on me. This suit has a nice snug fit though. Oh, and what makes it even prettier is the price: 35 euros, score! I really love it, what do you think?

Pants: H&M (similar HERE, HERE and HERE)

Heels: Guess (via Omoda)
Leather jacket: H&M (old, but similar HERE and HERE)

Xoxo

I tried these pants in two different sizes (36 and 38, usually I’m a 34) and both had a weird cut and run really small in size (38 fit better but still gave me a weird belly, making it look waaay bigger than it is). I still like the look of them, but since the fabric isn’t stretchy they weren’t comfy at all.
I have to admit they look too tight on you too. This makes a juxtaposition to the fluid fit top, but still, they look too tight. Sorry!

You think so? I actually like the tight look and got one size smaller than I usually have (36 in stead of 38), because in my oponion they run a little big. 38 was hanging loose around my belly. So yeah, I love it. But of course not everybody has the same taste ;)

This is very interesting to hear! Seems the sizing is a little difficult with this one here. Maybe the cut wasn’t meant to suit my frame, too (I’m an athletic built V-Shape).
I’m happy they fit you and you like them so much! I loved their design, and I’m happy you can wear them (and I still got to see them, so I don’t have to forget them).

The main reason I returned both sizes of the pants was the waistband, which pinched and dug into my belly when sitting. For the sake of comfort I opted for giving them back, not without trying the 38’s on a few more times (me thinking “hmmm… they could… could…maybe they would fit better then? Like stretch a little?” – Pants: “um.. sorry… but still… a little far from perfect”)

I’m still on the hunt for more, more, mooore flares, I’ve been awaiting the end of the skinnies for long years now! They’re ultimately “my thing”, and the most elegant shape of pants (on me) I can think of!

Oh, and Rowan – I’d like to add a big, big THANK YOU. Far more than once I’ve experienced critical comments to be deleted instantly, but you did not only deceide to publish it, but also reacted to it (and in a nice and reflected way, too).
To me, this shows me you’re a “real” blogger, who is not after assuring, boosting or praising comments only (this is what a lot of new bloggers appear to be), but really like to get i touch with your people. This is absolutely wonderful – keep that up! :)
