When I went shopping to Groningen with my sis last week, this sweater from H&M trend immediately caught my eye. That shape, that thickness, that collar; PERFECT. Something even more perfect was the pricetag; from 50 euros to 15 euros! The only thing I didn’t like about this sweater was the color. Cream.. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it’s an ugly color, but just not me.. A bit to ladylike I think.
But then I started thinking; I own a beautiful cream colored woolen trenchcoat, which I don’t really wear anymore. It’s a shame, because it really is one hell of a gorgeous coat. So when I bumped into the shoes I’m wearing in this post at the Zara website I knew I had to have them, because they’re edgy yet chique AND have a CREAM colored strap. Those would be perfect with my old, but beloved, coat. I already made a deal with myself that I would get them in Groningen that same day.
So back to the sweater.. Wouldn’t it look perfect with that coat and those shoes? Yes! And it would even look great with my two favorites: black and leather. Right?
