OUTFIT / IN TRANSITION

The transition of summer into fall is one of these ‘I don’t know what to wear’ periods. You don’t have to cover all up yet, but you also can’t walk around with bare arms and sandals anymore. Lukcy enough there’s internet where you can find lots of transition outfits inspiration. Wearing shorts bare legged, but with a pair of boots and a comfy sweater seems to be on trend, and I really like the idea.
The day I took these photos it was already kind of cold outside though, so I decided to spice (and warm up) the outfit with a pair of overknee socks and a coat. Et voila, this is what you get; a mix between a soft (knits) and edgy (leather) transition outfit.
Only thing I would love to change, but unfortunately can’t, would be the fact that these socks tend to squeeze my upperlegs, which forms some kind of muffin top. Oh well, problem solved when I start wearing tights underneath ;)
