This is what I was wearing last friday, my first day of this edition of Amsterdam Fashion Week. I only went two days, because of school, but that’s okay for me. That way I didn’t get fed up with it and I could fully enjoy it! More about the shows tomorrow, but now back to the outfit.
I already have this suit for a couple of weeks, but I was waiting for the perfect shoes to match it with and I finally got them (as you could have seen in yesterday’s post). I needed a pair of pumps with ankle straps, like these from Carvela, so I could tuck my pants in it, so they won’t loose their ‘baggy’ look. Wearing this suit with a ‘normal’ pair of pumps, that is without ankle straps, would make the legs of this suit fall straight down. To me that is way to chic. I like the suit, because of it’s ‘bagginess’, wich makes it casual. To make it look even more casual I added a slouchy tee, beanie, some edgy jewellery and this perfect long scarf.
The final touch for me was the simple, but so cool, manicure. Just a little cross on both ring fingers and done!
