You might have seen my hair changed a lot since I went to the hairdresser two months ago, not only the length, but also the texture. It has got A LOT more volume. My secret? Dust It powder. Seriously, that stuff is magical! My hairdresser showed it to me and I was amazed by it’s effect. I always thought my hair just wasn’t meant to be big, but apparently it does! You just divide your hair in three sections/layers and put some powder on the roots. My and my hairdresser’s favorite Dust It powder is the one I’m using in the first picture: OSIS+ DUST IT by Schwarzkopf.

So when Haarshop.nl asked me to pick some products from their shop I immediately searched for Dust It powders. Ofcourse I got the Osis+ Dust It, but I also decided to try another one: Sugar Dust from Tigi’s Bed Head line. This one’s also really good, but I still prefer Osis+.

Something else I use a lot is Salt Spray. I squeeze it in my hair for that final touch of volume. I always used L’Oreal‘s Matte&Messy salt spray, but I hate the smell of it. I always accidentaly inhale it and it tastes very bad, LOL. So when I saw this Cocos scented Salt Spray from Fudge (even the brand sounds delicious) I just had to have it. And boy, does that smell good! If I close my eyes I get the feeling I’m in some kind of tropical place. Much better!

Last but not least I picked the Tangle Teezer, which I should have bought way earlier. To be honest having that much volume is awesome, but it also causes a lot of tangles. Last week I had two very big tangles in my hair and I almost cried when I tried to brush them out, so I decided to wait until my haarshop.nl order came in. Oh boy, was I happy when the mail man came to deliver my life saver! My hero the hairdresser already uses this in the salon and I now really know why! Those tangles came out real easily!
